Jim Henderson, the sales manager at USA Handyman & Contractor, came to my home on February 10th to provide a quote for services. Before entering, I kindly asked him to wear a KN95 respirator. Instead of responding professionally, he demanded to know why this was necessary. I explained that I have a family member with cancer, and wearing a mask would be required to enter my home. Jim refused and continued to behave in a rude and unprofessional manner. Due to his conduct, I informed him that I would not be moving forward with their services. I expect basic courtesy and respect from professionals entering my home, and this experience fell far short. I would not recommend their services.

From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They completed the window installation flawlessly, ensuring the windows were perfectly aligned and sealed.
