The sales rep Zach gave lots of good advice and was realistic in what what services would be worth it and which would not create a significant benefit. The crew showed up on time. They spent all day replacing teh insulation in the attic, taking care to seal up all the places where air could leak. They sealed up all the penetrations in the floors above the basement and out the basement walls, then sprayed foam along the rim joist. They did a professional job and left the house cleaner than they found it. I am very happy with their service. And it was at a reasonable price.

USA insulation was at my house this week. They were efficient and frequently checked in with me to let me know where they were in the process of insulating. The drilling was quite loud but expected. They showed up at 8:30 and were done with my single-floor home by 4:30. There were various issues with them drilling through the wall into my heating ducts, causing the insulation to pour out of my heat vents (and some outlets) in my family room and two bedrooms, but it was quickly cleaned up and fixed. I was made aware the insulation was nontoxic and not a threat to my home or pet. They cleaned up afterwards, inside and outside, and I could immediately tell my house was warmer because the heat did not click on the entirety of the day afterwards. Thanks, guys!

They came in and did a free full-home inspection, and were able to get my a massive discount through a NYS rebate program that I never even knew existed.
