Best experience ever! The technicians Carrie and Ian were both courteous and professional. Carrie communicated with me the entire installation and allowed me to periodically inspect progress. They did not rush and their work was quality start to finish. Jeff, my sales rep, was responsive and competitive. Very pleased with the results and would have them back anytime.

Highly recommend this company. I had 3 estimates and USA was the only one that stood out. Carrie my rep was very knowledgeable and took her time explaining to me what I needed to have done and how they were going to get it done. The team that came out to do the job showed up on time and got straight to work. They communicated with me all day and got me answers to my questions right away. By the time they were leaving you wouldn't of even known they did all that work to my home. I already feel a difference in my home which i didn't expect right away. Five starts is not enough!

After having foam injected into the walls of our condo, the strong chemical smell did not go away. We were told that we just needed to dehumidify the area (they temporarily supplied a dehumidifier and we lowered the humidity to below 40%) and air the condo out. After doing both of these multiple times, the smell persisted. Over the phone I was told that I must be "hypersensitive" to the smell and only noticed it because I was expecting it be there. Representatives came out more than once at my request and confirmed that they also noticed the smell but couldn't do anything about it, and worse, wouldn't do anything about it because in the contract it states that the product does give off a slight odor (it also states that the odor will disipate after a few days). We tried many other remedies

I had a great experience from speaking to the lady in the office, Carrie coming out for my estimate and the guys that were here too get the project done. It is crazy how much of a difference the insulation has already had on my home. I recommend these guys to everyone I know.

USA was absolutely one of the best, if not the best, company I have ever dealt with! From the initial phone call to schedule an appointment to the day the insulation was done, they were friendly, professional and efficient! Answered all my questions and the price they quoted was the final price, NO hidden charges! I would highly recommend them! Thank you, USA insulation! My house is so much warmer!
