USA Mechanical LLC

I requested a mechanical certification from USA Mechanical as they were referred to me by a reputable contractor. The Certification was required for sale of my home in the City of Richfield. Don Winters answered my email personally and said it would be sorted. I waited a couple of weeks to hear back from him, and received nothing. I emailed him, and he said he would send the documents. That was in March of 2016. I received the certification from him May 11th after several emails and numerous calls. When I submitted the paperwork to the City of Richfield, they told me he was not certified to inspect furnaces in Richfield. Don assured me that this was merely a paperwork/filing issue to sort out with the City of Richfield. He promised to sort it out right away. He never did. I have since call
