USA Sod Company of Nashville

This company is worth doing business. I thought I completed the order online to have them delivered my sod on a Saturday but evidently I didn't. I didn't find out until 3 days before delivery, when I noticed they haven't deducted the funds. LA Sod did try to reach me on my landline (yes, I still have a landline)..but i didnt check it which is all my fault. When I reached out to them by emails I asked them if it was possible to have the sod delivered in 3 days and they said they will expedite this order. Well, they came through and 3months later, my yard is beautiful. Thank you LA Sod!!

Our oak trees literally destroyed our lawn with tree roots growing growing on top of the yard. After we had the trees removed and grinded out, we really needed new sod for the front lawn. Houston Sod had great reviews so we called them. What a relief to speak to Jane. She was so friendly and professional and made the process easy. Pedro Reyes came out to do the estimate and discuss what we needed. He listened to our concerns and recommended the best sod for us. He was so great at his job we felt assured he was there to help us. When the " big day" came, Pedro and his crew arrived shortly after the beautiful, healthy, and lush sod was delivered and did a fabulous job. A five would have been my review even after the schedule changes about when they would install and the lack of the crews communication on when they were done on the first day. The service at installation in April was great and you can see what most of the lawn looks like. HOWEVER, at the end of installation there was one section of grass that was dead ( pictures below). This issue was discussed with them when I made my final payment. I watered and waited several weeks as instructed, didn’t mow for four weeks, sent pictures with emails, and made many, many calls with promises of returned calls from manager, accounting, etc. Here we are July 5th and not one return call or any response to the dead section of grass. So, on after installation communication extremely disappointed.

Super easy to put in an order on their website. I had a couple questions about the differences between different sods and it was easy to call them and they were kind enough to explain things to me. There was no issue with the delivery. I got a text of when to expect the sod to arrive and they delivered at the time that was expected. Super efficient and would definitely recommend them to others! My yard looks great now too!

Really happy with the whole process. Ordering was easy. Pickup was easy. Lawn looks great!!! And it was cheaper than any of the big stores (Home Depot or Lowe’s).
