Two weeks after a local competitor checked out my furnace, it stopped working. After scheduling an appointment a few days out online a representative from Utah State HVAC quickly called me and politely insisted they could send someone over that same day. Matthew identified the problem (a possible motor or bad circuit board on a discontinued furnace) and offered a few reasonable repair or install solutions to choose from. A few days later Nate showed up on time and performed the furnace install, walked me through the work he had done, and had given me a quick walkthrough of how the new thermostat works. The new furnace is running great!

Today, Uriah from Utah State HVAC came out to check my furnace. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. He carefully checked the system, explained that everything was perfectly fine, and gave me clear advice on how to help it run even better. He patiently explained to me why I was getting cold air through the returns was because my filter was clogged. If he was less scrupulous, he could have told me I needed to replace it and I would not have known any better. I especially appreciated that he didn’t charge me anything, whereas another company had wanted $90 just to examine it. Uriah could have told me it needed replacing, but he gave me honest information instead, which I truly value as a new homeowner. Highly recommend him for anyone who wants honest, reliable service.

Our heater went out and we had the best experience replacing our heater through Utah State HVAC. They are truly the best HVAC company in the valley, it was very simple to set up an appointment and they did a great job explaining the process!
