I have used Utah Valley Plumbing for years to fix leaks, replace faucets, and other plumbing issues throughout the home. This time, it was for a huge project—to finish our basement and build a downstairs apartment! They came out, gave us a free estimate, which we adjusted and promptly accepted, and we scheduled the work to complete our basement. The plumbing was the most important part of getting the apartment ready. The work completed: 1- We have very high water pressure in Lehi and our old pressure reduction valve had failed. It was causing problems everywhere in our home. The Utah Valley Plumbing Team fixed this problem first. I have added a photo below. I recently had my water heater replaced by Utah Valley Plumbing. Tyce R. arrived to evaluate my old water heater which had recently started leaking. It was around 20 years old. Tyce gave me quote, and also let me know they could replace it that same day. He came back that afternoon with all of the parts and did a fantastic job of removing the old water heater and installing the new one.
