I have been in Property Management for 14 + years and have worked with a ton of roofers until a tenant referred UV/Vlad to me. Like most, my track record with the big roofing outfits isn't great. They won't give you the time of day due to the scale of work being too small, rarely keep to the annual maintenance schedule after a new install and don't return calls after several messages left. Which is frustrating in itself due to the warranty they provide and if something is missed in routine maintenance then it's void with no recourse. Lastly, if you're lucky to get someone out to look at the condition of the roof knowing that it's old, they typically say it needs to be replaced and that's it.
