Stopped in for my first and only visit here for a replacement furnace part that they no longer carry (12 years old). They sold me a similar item (same function but slightly different connections) and an exact quote from their employee was "Yeah, it should work." It didn't work, and when I tried returning it after I trusted their judgement they refuse to take it since it was installed. Apparently you can't always trust their intellect, and if you ever need to return anything here you obviously need lie to them to get your money back. Honest people should stay far away.

Friendly and helpful staff. They had the AC motor run-capacitor I needed. Having twice the working voltage of the original part makes it a more reliable part than the one it replaced. It was a proper metal-can capacitor and, best of all, it was a few dollars cheaper than the inferior plastic one I bought elsewhere several years ago. The guys at the counter were great, they gave me a couple terminals that I needed to hook up the capacitor at no cost. You don't get helped like that at a big box store or on Amazon. A great experience!
