Zenawi was able to visit early in the morning, on a recent hot, stormy day when our AC stopped working due to a faulty backup float switch. We had encountered similar issues in prior summers, which were temporarily "fixed" by our service company at the time, but Zenawi was the first to recognize the faulty component & perform an actual longterm repair. AC has worked like a charm since his visit. Very friendly, communicative, and fairly priced. Highly recommend!

Zenawi is honest, reliable and transparent. He brought a calm presence same day to fix a difficult frig situation. Unexpected breaks unfolded with my 14 yo frig after his 1st visit. He researched the issues and was unrelenting in fixing them. Highly recommend!
