Have loved dealing with this company for years. Nicest, most friendly company in the area and good prices.

Have been with Vadnais for several years. Heather is the cs rep that I usually talk to. She is so sweet and responsive with return phone calls. Dennis, the owner or manager, has always met our needs, and has even delivered fuel after midnight when needed. Thank you both.

They had lowest prices. But the driver who claimed to be the manager, had no customers service when there was a clear communication issue . It was very clear they had made a mistake on an delivery. I was unable to resolve the issue do to the rudeness and unprofessional conducted of the drive who claimed to be the manager. I have recommended voice mail in my defense. Don't wast your time with these people. I would rather pay more for good customer service!!!

Recurring problem with scheduling a non-emergent delivery and they don't make it. Same things happened in Aug. and Sep. and 3 different years. We have to take time off from work to be there for delivery, so it's double-painful when they don't show up.

Have been with them for years. Very nice and prices are fair. Family owned business. Great communication! I would recommend them to everyone!
