These guys saved my Hot Tub and were super nice in doing so. They showed up early and brought my old hot tub that was on its last legs back to mint condition and it has worked flawlessly ever since. The workers were very understanding and definitely new their stuff.

I'm a vacation property homeowner in Vail and I have been using Ken Hall and Vail Pool & Spa for regular maintenance (or so I thought). Since I'm not local and I'm only at our Vail home a few weeks out of the year, I have to fully trust my home service vendors to do what they promise. These guys do not deliver on their promises. I'm now having to replace the circulation pump because it wasn't properly cleaned and maintained. I'm pretty convinced these guys rarely visited my property to service our hot tub on the regular schedule they promised. Beware - Ken protects himself by billing you for the full year's maintenance cost up-front in January. So, you don't have any recourse during the year when they don't deliver on their promises. Now that we are at year's end, we are changing companie

VPS has been great until they stopped responding completely. They found a leak on a spa at a property I manage, have not been servicing it for months, and are still charging our credit card. I've left voicemails, sent emails, sent texts and zero response for MONTHS. As a small biz owner, I understand communication can be slow but this is beyond unprofessional. Maybe a negative review will get me a call back?

Ken and the crew over at VPS are great to work with. Having worked with multiple pool & spa vendors in the valley over the last 5 years I can honestly say the VPS is the best. They are reliable and very easy to communicate with and provide a great service. I highly recommend using VPS for your pool and spa needs.
