Extremely RUDE and unprofessional employees. I reserved a Zipcar and the car was not in the lot. When I asked the attendant he yelled at me to say "It is not his problem! Call Zipcar!" The entrance space is very, very small and dangerous. Will never come back to this lot for nothing at all. That man does not like his job or has anger issues. He needs to learn how to talk to customers.

I gave it one star because I have not gone just want to ask if anyone knows, How much they charge for an hour or two? I call and they don’t answer.

Called to find out the prices and the person who picked up the phone doesn’t even speak English

Parking garage courteous reliable they take care of your car wouldn't park any place else

Very dirty and you feel unsafe.
