We are very pleased with our complete kitchen remodel from Kresge Contracting! Mark, Andy, and Abbi were very professional and completed the project on schedule and in time for our daughter's graduation. We would definitely hire Mark and team again.

ValEquity is an excellent company. Roger and his group really took care of me during this process. Roger was very good at understanding what I wanted even if I didn't communicate it to him clearly. His designer, Jesus, really helped me when I was struggling to make decisions. He came up with ideas I hadn't thought of and found different selections to help make the decision process easier. As far as the construction crew, there are no better than Jim and Cameron. If Jim saw something he thought was a little off, he would always bring it to my attention. Jim was also very good at explaining the details to me. ValEquity is very trustworthy company with top notch employees and attention to detail. I wouldn't hesitate to use ValEquity again.

ValEquity just finished a major first floor remodel for us, including everything from removing load-bearing walls to a new kitchen and flooring, new stairs, basement remodel. The works. Completed project on time and budget, with excellent communication throughout. They kept the dust under control as we continued to occupy the upstairs throughout. The quality of work and attention to detail were outstanding. We trust the work, but most important we trust the people who did it. Anything that wasn't right (including preexisting structural issues) was made right in short order. We have more projects for them in the future. 100% would recommend.

Gearhart Kitchen Remodel (April – July 2017) Up until I retired in 2016, my husband and I lived with our small, cave like kitchen. I had made comments over the years about updating it but wasn’t until I retired and we were tripping over each other that he acknowledged the wisdom of a new floor plan. Once we decided to remodel the kitchen of our 1923 home we called Kresge Contracting about the project. They renovated our upstairs bathroom and installed a second one on our main floor three years ago and we were very pleased with the outcome of the project. Mark Kresge (company president) responded in a timely manner and we had a meeting to discuss design options for the kitchen. Once Mark understood our “wants and needs” he designed our new kitchen. He also knows to ask the right question

We needed our original 25 year+ primary bathroom replaced and we are SO happy with the finished result. From our huge shower, soaker tub, quartz counters and beautiful finishes, we feel very spoiled. ValEquity’s planning, communication, trustworthy crews and professionalism made this a valued experience.
