We had an exceptional experience with Valet to remodel two center pieces of furnitures for our family room. The entire Valet team did deliver best of the top-tier production and experience at the end. I just want to share a few highlights to the community. 1. Designer Lavanya worked with us for more than a month to come up with designs that work beautifully for our home. 2. To prepare for a smooth installation, Scott guided us through all necessary details, etc. 3. The installation crew (Lazaro, Steven) is absolute the best I had seen. They worked diligently for 5 straight hours and paid attention to details. 4. I also want to mention Valet's showroom in Danville downtown. What you see in the showroom is what you get in your home! 5. Valet's furniture not just look great from outside.

We had an outstanding experience with Valet on two different projects and it's the best cabinet company out there in the Valley when it comes to customer experience, design, variety of options/colors and value for money. Cynthia was our designer and she has done an incredible job in transforming our old traditional pantry into a worship area + modern pantry. We had a very unique need to create a hybrid space and she went above and beyond with her creativity and came up with a really cool design. She also collaborated with other partners for a unique backing and the output was stunning. She is very patient, understands the need, doesn't rush, very empathetic, takes pride in her work and ensures customer experience is at the core. We went to Valet based on our close friend's recommendation - she had got her garage cabinets done by them. We liked the showroom at the very first look - the best part of the initial impression was Jerry Archer. The fact that he had a custom entertainment cabinet with a sound system and TV installed already, helped us a lot. He suggested we visit the Campbell show room and take a look at the models there. We did that and came back and emailed him about our intent to go ahead. He set up a time to visit our home and take the measurements. His visit was very productive. He understood our requirement very well. We met him again once he was ready with the initial design. Installation, in spite of Covid-19 delays, went smoothly and was done in less than a half day. The closets look great and I am pleased with the entire end to end experience.
