One of the worst places to park a car in the city. I parked my car here for two days. When I dropped it off, the attendant asked when I would pick it up, and I said Tuesday or Wednesday. When I arrived on Tuesday evening to collect my car, I was told I would have to wait 1–2 hours. They said they were prioritizing other customers first, which made it feel like I wasn’t considered a real customer simply because I paid through the ParkWhiz app. The attendant’s attitude was rude and unprofessional. I ended up waiting over an hour just to get my car. This is completely unacceptable, especially after paying in advance. I will never park here again and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Be careful here. Don't be misled by the cheap price of SpotHero. I lost my sunglasses in the car after using the valet service.
