Valet Parking Service

I pulled in, he wanted to charge me the $20 before telling me if there was even a space for me. When I declined, the old attendant man confessed they were full. They were in fact full. Not honest and scammers.

When leaving the Monster Jam show, 3pm broad daylight, some dude is a security guard outfit tried to snatch my chain while i was in the car. I was loading my kids and when i got in, he knocked on the window. I opened it and he asked if i paid car or cash, after i answered “card” he reached in and hit me a few times while trying to snatch it from my neck, i was able to drive off and get wasn’t able to snatch it. He ran towards the parking lot. Went back around and he was gone. I asked the owners of the parking lot and they responded that they didn’t know who he was but he was standing right at the entrance. Checking everyone out that walked in. Be careful guys.

Horrible parking instructions after I had already followed the first guy directions. The other attendant was frustrated over another vehicle not being able to park as he was trying to direct them with horrible redirection, he then started to take his frustration out on me after I had already parked properly. He made me move in between the car having trouble park, and the guy who wasn’t getting out of his car to the left of me who was clearly just being a jerk and not getting out. Not worth my money for the trash service they were giving.

Parked here for the So Cal Cup at the convention center, they have a sign saying they close 1 hr after the event. We talked to the employee at the lot yesterday before we parked here and they asked when the event started so we told them. we had to ref the last games but I got thinking what if they lock us in, if they didn’t know what time it started how will they know when it ends. I walked out to make sure they were going to keep the gate open and the parking attendant told me they close in 2 minutes and I better get my car out. I told him that there are 12 other cars in here and they just started the last game. He said it doesn’t matter that this is for the arena parking and that they will close and charge everyone $50 for not being out in time. Yesterday it was $10 and closed at 6:00pm

Harassed me for parking legally, then told me to park illegally.
