I have been working with Rich for the past 10 years in Waltham and he has been an exceptional business owner and tech. Fair prices, comes out in time, easy to work with, a company I cant count on, and gives the honest truth. Sue is also the best too, very friendly. I highly recommend this company! I am a loyal customer for life, they have saved me countless times!

Richard goes above and beyond. He knows his stuff, and his prices are very affordable. We are lucky to have him as the provider for our heating system.

This is was my first time using Valiant oil stuck in an emergency, from first call to the secretary to the owner to the driver these are some of the most professional kind people I've ever dealt with. Calling around not sure what to do they were able to help with great prices also the owner was very informative responsive and understanding couldn't say enough about this company!!!

I decided to switch to Valiant after reading the reviews here. I haven't been disappointed. Their oil price is competitive with others around me and service is exceptional. Rich went through my system thoroughly. When they cleaned the oil burner it was apparent that it had been years since it had been done completely, vs. just the standard brushing most companies do. He's also extremely honest and doesn't try to sell you new equipment you don't need.

We've used Valiant for a few years now, and Rich really is the best. He definitely does go out of his way to make you happy, and it's easy to see that he genuinely cares. He knows that my wife and I have a young son at home, and when we called at the last minute (I think on a Friday) and told him we were getting low, he promised that he would get some oil to us before Monday. He did meet that promise, and we were so surprised when we saw his truck in our driveway on a SUNDAY NIGHT! What other company will do that for you?! He also knows his stuff when it comes to repairs. He takes the time to make sure you understand your options for the repair and then works with you to make sure you get the best value for your investment. This guy is your man. You won't be disappointed!
