My entire experience from start to finish was fantastic. Ellie came out quickly to take measurements and she is wonderful. They scheduled me about a month out and got the job done in two days. The prices were reasonable and Ellie helped me pick out a cheaper flooring that I liked even more and helped me cut costs where I could. Thank you to Dan, Zach, and Hunter for doing such a great job and keeping it fun while installing the flooring. I would and will recommend you guys to anyone.

Honestly great experience all the way around very responsive to questions. The install team was great usually installers are just rude but the main guy in his 30’s was happy and nice. Only issue is that it’s a little pricey for install but nothing the installer guys can do about that.

Great company to deal with from start to finish. We had both vinyl and carpet done by Valley. Their crews for each product were hard working professionals that got our house done in 4 days before and after Christmas. We could not be happier.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Liz was great with helping us choose our laminate flooring for our loft and carpet for our stairs. She was readily available to answer all questions. I don't remember the guy's names who ripped out the old flooring but they did a great job! Dan and Hunter did a phenomenal job of installing the floor!!! It was so hot up there (it was 90 out that day) but they worked so hard and did such a fantastic job!! Special kudos to them! Everyone was so polite and personable! I highly recommend Valley Carpet for all your flooring needs! :)

Awesome Family Business! We had our entire house redone with new flooring… kitchen, living room, bed rooms and bathrooms! Our salesman Mike M. Was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our choices! He was very patient and guided us to make fresh and wonderful choices! We love the outcome! We highly recommend Valley for any flooring decisions! The install crew was friendly and talented too!
