Samantha was fantastic shepherding our fairly small stair carpet project from start to finish. So impressed with the quality of the product and the end result by the installing team. We previously had the hardwood floors in our entire house refinished by Carpet One and I can’t recommend them enough!

I had a wonderful experience with Valley Carpet One. I had new hardwood floor installed in my living room. Samantha helped manage my project, and she was so awesome. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and so accommodating. She found the absolute perfect match for my living room! The new flooring is so beautiful , I couldn’t be happier. Even my handyman commented , “wow those installers do great work , you can tell they are real professionals !” ( those were his exact words )

We had such a marvelous experience with Valley Carpet One after replacing our (disgusting) wall-to-wall carpeting with hardwood floors in our townhome recently. You can't go wrong with any of the salespeople, but we happened to work with Tyler who remained thorough and communicative throughout the entire process, assisting and advising us every step of the way (with a great sense of humor). Danny, who installed our floors, is so meticulous, efficient, professional, communicative, and punctual. He did such a magnificent job installing the floors. We walked in and met Samantha. She was very professional. We had all the floors redone in our house except for the bathrooms. They said it would take two weeks and that's exactly what it took. The people who did our hardwood floors could not have been more professional and clean. They also worked very well with our painter. Mauricio and his crew were our installer's. Ask for him. I would. I reached out through the Angi app because I already had the carpet, padding, and tack strips installed — I just needed a simple carpet installation in a square room under 500 sqft. Seems straightforward, right? Not for Valley One Carpet. Rather than accept the job or professionally decline with courtesy, the representative responded with a condescending, defensive monologue about their Angi reviews and how they’ve supposedly been miscategorized on the platform for 15+ years. He insisted the listing was Angi’s fault and accused me of being ungrateful for his “referral suggestions,” as if I should thank him for not doing the job he signed up for. Let’s be clear — why would anyone advertise on Angi for carpet installation, only to repeatedly turn down basic carpet installs? If you
