Valley Cities Fence

Update: I am extremely disappointed with Valley Cities Fence's lack of accountability and poor follow-up service. Despite my patience, repeated attempts to communicate, and giving them ample opportunity (March-June) to rectify the damage their team caused to my mailbox post in which their truck brushed up my neighbor's mailbox and broke off the door which then caused the post to become loose nearly falling over; they outright denied responsibility. Jon did come out to assess the situation, but his makeshift “fix” consisted of a temporary patch and propping up the post with random plastic from his truck—an utterly inadequate solution that is far from permanent. While they were quick to complete the initial job, their follow-up support is nonexistent and their refusal to own up to the damage

I needed a driveway gate and was having a hard time locating one at the home improvement stores. I called for a quote and when they said they manufacture on site and could have it ready the next day I was interested. They asked all the questions to make sure they built it exactly as I needed. The quote came in very close to my budget, so I said let's do it. I picked it up the next day (on a Saturday). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The gate was built very sturdy and they supplied all the hardware I needed to install it. It fit perfectly. I definitely recommend for fence supplies.

First and foremost they never showed up on the day that they stated they were going to start the fence. I had to call the office and ask about why the fence was not being installed. Second for a fence company that has been in business for well over 40 years should understand after being told there is sprinklers close to be careful around them. They broke off one sprinkler head, damaged a pipe and cut another pipe which I have no idea where it is cut. I am including pictures as proof. I have called and emailed several days and was told they would reach out with no response. AVOID!!! Customer service is not something they have!

Went in to buy clamps and gate latches for my horse corrals and arena. Everyone was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I want sure about the sizes of my panel rails and posts and one of the guys walked me out to the yard to help me get things figured out. Would definitely do business with them again. Great customer service from everyone I was in contact with.

I had a few companies come out for a quote. Jon was who I dealt with. He was punctual and professional. Extremely flexible with changes that we needed to make. His crew was awesome. They definitely were well prepared and experienced. It was quite a bit of fence to install and they got it all done in 2 days. The results were great. The fence has been installed for almost 3 months now and no issues have been found since. I'm very happy with the service and will recommend them to anybody who is in need of a fence.
