Valley Clean llc

We had a small emergency with with wet basement carpet. I called John and explained the situation and was here within an hour! Did a fantastic job and even left some fans there to help with drying. Its hard to find people that care but I was lucky to find Valley Clean. Would highly recommend John and Valley Clean LLC.

Valley Clean, (owner John), work is excellent! He prides himself in doing the best quality cleaning for your carpets. He is thorough. John is on time, courteous, and has excellent communication. John will be honest with you what his capabilities are with certain stains that have been in carpets for years. The steam cleaning Rotavac he uses does a great job as well, but truly, I think it is the person operating the Rotavac. John cares and it is evident. I am impressed with John's Valley Clean business and the quality of work performed.

I initially used Valley Clean for cleaning the tile in my bathrooms & kitchen. John did a phenomenal job and made sure that I was happy with the work. I then scheduled a carpet & upholstery cleaning after being very pleased with the tile. John, once again made sure that I was happy with the cleaning. He really does take pride in his work and it shows. I will use him again!

Our new condo had basement flooding on Thursday (3/14/19) two weeks after moving in. John and his son did a spectacular job re-mediating and cleaning our basement. It is cleaner than before the incident! They are both very professional, clean and hard working people that took great care of our belongings. Do not hesitate to call John. He is a kind, wonderful person.
