I requested evidence of insurance, a copy of credentials, and scope of demolition work to take place....crickets. They dropped out. These guys are only seeking to get rich on insurance claims, and they absolutely are not a construction company. They are only interested in an open-ended abatement project, even if it really isn't that big of a deal. They do SMALL re-construction, and absolutely are not qualified for anything big. Very unprofessional. Be careful before hiring these guys. Get copies of a contract, insurance, and credentials.

My experiences with Valley Restoration have been great every time. I've hired them to install vapor barriers at two properties, one in Crested Butte and the other in Gunnison, and install a negative pressure radon mitigation system at one of them. All of the work was done promptly, at a good price, and with high quality results. In particular, Seth Palmer was great to work with for estimates, adjustments to the work, and scheduling. He responds quickly and did a great job keeping me up to date. The work crew was equally great. They were friendly, took care to keep my house protected and clean, and were right on time. My work crew was Sean, Ricky, and Cody; and I cannot thank them enough for the exemplary work they did for me.

Valley Restoration, especially working with Seth Palmer and Michelle Bisbeee, was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment our house flooded, Seth took special care to put my husband and I at ease and to assure us we were in good hands (we were!). We were very lucky as Seth handled both components of our disaster, the water mitigation and the water restoration work which made things move smooth. Our insurance company was extremely tough to deal with and Michelle and Seth held our hands the whole way through. They worked directly with the insurance company to ensure estimates were approved and that the insurance company had everything they needed to ensure our full claim payout. I have to give a huge shoutout to the team at Valley DRC. I'm a real estate broker in Gunnison & Crested Butte and understand how difficult it is to find great reliable contractors these days. The Valley DRC guys are always responsive, always friendly, and always show up when they say they will! Matt and his team were professional and responsive to a sewer backup that caused extensive damage and required careful clean up. Their team was quick to place drying equipment, identify and contain the extent of the damage and were friendly and helpful in doing so. Matt was very helpful in navigating the insurance claim process as well. This is my second time working with Valley Restoration and they have been excellent both times. Thank you to Matt and his team!
