Valley Heating & Cooling did an excellent job installing a new heat pump system for me. Technician gave me a courtesy call 15 minutes before they arrived. They had the entirely new indoor air handler, piping and outdoor compressor unit installed and working in about 4-5 hours including some replacement ductwork and a new thermostat. On a special note, this was all completed the morning after we had high winds with up to 50-60 mph gusts, so it was still very windy at times with a bitter cold wind chill outside, but the Valley Heating & Cooling technicians still did remarkable work.

With over 27 units at three properties I highly suggest. Hands up to Tim I think he's an excellent HVAC mechanic. Tristan James and Zack also were very polite and very professional office ladies also very prompt polite thank you guys

Do not use this company. They installed a Mitsubishi ductless system. It never worked more than a couple of weeks at a time. Despite more than a dozen visits over a two year period, they could not fix it. I could never talk to any one other than the secretary, The manager would never return my calls. All together a terrible experience. I finally got another contractor who fixed the first try. It has worked wonderfully since.

We have an oil furnace which began continuously shutting down in December, the company that we get our oil from doesn't do furnace servicing, so on advice from a neighbor, we called Valley Heating & Cooling to come out and clean and service out furnace. Their technicians came out, cleaned the furnace, replaced the filter and nozzles and noticed that the fuel pump wasn’t putting out much oil, so they told us that they needed to replace it. We had them go ahead and replace it, and they said that everything was working just fine after that. The next day, the 21st, the furnace stopped working again, so we called them back. Their technicians came back out and told us that now our blower motor was dead, and we needed a new one. While they were out looking for a new motor for us, another set

Very happy with the work they did installing a heat pump and all the ductwork. Very professional and always showed up right when they said they would. Very happy with their work and highly recommend them to everyone I talk to.
