Take your business elsewhere! We had the worst experience with Valley and are now left with a countertop in our home that wasn’t exactly what we wanted. Not to mention the customer service was awful and they will not make their mistakes (yes, plural) right. Issue #1: we picked out a remnant quartzite countertop for our master bathroom renovation. On install day, they had it sitting in our driveway on two A-frames, not secured to anything and one of the installers knocked it over with their hip. Shattering it, and making it unusable. It was then a nightmare to get that worked out with them. Our only options were to pick another remnant piece from their shop and they’d honor the price, which didn’t work since the rest of our bathroom was designed and installed. So impressed with Valley Imports and Designs! We were doing a kitchen remodel and wanted quartz countertops. I asked for company recommendations on a local Facebook page and someone I don’t know recommended this company. After doing some research and getting a few bids we hired Valley for the job. So glad we did! Cody was very professional and it was also really cool that he used modern tech (lasers) to do the measuring and everything. Made it all super precise. After doing a thorough measurement and letting us pick our stone, he sent our order in. And they were super fast! Only a few days and he was back with our lovely countertops.
