I highly recommend this shop. I had checked with four different locksmiths across Chico and nobody had the right key template to replicate the key to my old-fashioned garage door handle that had snapped in half. I walked into Valley Lock and Safe and they had cut three new keys for me in under five minutes for only $12. It’s a clean, professional shop, and clearly very knowledgeable. Fantastic experience, and I will highly recommend them to friends and family when they run into unusual/obscure key situations!

This place is amazing. I have been using them for all my lock and key needs since 2016. They are very friendly, very fast and efficient, and most of all affordable. I recently went into their new location, the same building, just over to the right. I highly recommend this place for your lock and key needs.

I called around and I got 4 quotes ranging from $70 - $120. I went to Valley lock and safe and they fixed my lock in 1 hour and charged me only $20. They were very nice.
