I would give zero stars if I could. Called and said “I’m hoping to get an estimate” and he snapped at me and said yeah I know you’re calling for a house what do you want an estimate on? When the website clearly says call for an estimate. Crazy rude old man

Called Kim after locking my keys in car. He was over to me with my door unlocked in less than 20 minutes. Very friendly and a fun guy to talk with. Thank you for going above and beyond Kim!

Locked myself out of the house. Called Kim Geiger. Took my address, was here in 15-20 minutes. So happy, had a very busy day. In 5-10 minutes the door opened! Would recommend him anytime.

I lost the key for my older truck & nobody that I spoke to could do anything for me because of the age of the truck. In the process of my search, I left a message with Valley Lock & Security, and Kim called me in nick of time (I almost bought new locks on Amazon). I was able to remove the door lock from the truck and brought it to him on a Friday afternoon, I spoke with him for a bit and figured on the next week sometime, no problem. Well, the following morning I got a call from Kim… my key has been made & ready for pick up!! I am more than happy with the service provided by Valley Lock & Security, Thank You Kim!! 😎😎

Was referred to Kim on a Saturday for a very old mechanical lock that was malfunctioning. He walked me through getting it open over the phone, gave me extensive tips for lubrication and maintenance, and even talked a little about playing guitar.
