Valley Oasis Pools does outstanding work! My wife and I had been contemplating a pool for some time and finally decided to have one installed. Valley Oasis Pools was the logical choice because they installed our previous pool at a different residence. Their sales staff, customer service, and management team are absolutely superior. Overall, we are pleased with Valley’s work of building our pool/spa. They were able to execute the design we wanted and the pool is beautiful. Most of the crews that came in were very professional (packed out their trash, closed the gates when they left, etc). Part of what made us choose Valley Oasis over the other two competing pool companies was Valley promised a 3 month (4 top) completion time while the others said 5-6 months. Well, excavation began in January and pool set up was completed in June. Short story is they over promised and are no faster than their competitors. Long story is their time management is off on nearly every phase and that adds up when you’re keeping kids and pets out of the backyard indefinitely. Decking was “3-4 days” and turned into 3 weeks. This was our second time building a new pool ands spa. The service from Mr. Popov and his scheduler Annette was simply outstanding from start to finish. What was most impressive were the crews and subs that performed the build out of the pool. All very professional, always on time and before each one arrived Annette gave us advance notice. It was a pleasant and flawless experience. We have neighbors in Quail Creek that used other firms and to a person they each had a long dragged out process. Oasis Valley Pools stayed on schedule from the start. Simply the "best in the business" in the greater Tucson area.
