If I could give negative stars, I would. This company was assigned by American Home Shield to unclog my shower, and for over a week they never showed up. I kept getting one story from them and a completely different story from AHS. The communication was inconsistent and unprofessional. After multiple delays and excuses, they ultimately did not show up at all. I genuinely don’t understand how they stay in business. Extremely disappointing experience.

Absolutely amazing people came that day in a half hour and really helped me out only plumber to use EVER !!! Thanks guys

I was informed by the owner that he could work on oil water heaters even thought they do not work on other oil products. The first visit he sent someone who arrived 20 minutes early and then left before the appointment was scheduled because they had somewhere to else to go. The second time someone showed up, and found the system was leaking and recommended replacing with oil, gas or electric. and said the owner would get back to me the next day. Two days later I called because I had not heard back from him and was told that they do not work on oil water heaters. I received their name from American Home Shield (a TERRIBLE company) who in the past has sent many other disreputable repair companies to our home and I guess this is another one from their cesspool of vendors.

If I could give him a lower score I would. They came out to fix a drip and made it into a flood in my kitchen. When they returned to fix what they did ,they didn’t do anything to problem solve the problem and left without resolving it. I got a new plumber that had it problem solved and fixed within two hours!

Prompt, courteous, professional service. My hot water tank needed to be replaced as it was leaking and I had no hot water. I sent in a service request to American Home Shield. Valley Plumbing & Heating contacted me promptly within 24 hours and assessed the situation. Options were discussed and the home warranty company contacted. I was apprised of what materials were covered and what out of pocket expenses were expected. The hot water tank was replaced within 48 hours. I recommend Valley Plumbing and Heating in Uxbridge, MA without reservation.
