Valley Pools

Excellent service. We got a part replaced months ago and their tech Gus said to call him if we had issues. Well I just had questions about winterizing the pool and he took the time to educate me. I got more in 10 minutes talking with him than from a bunch of youtube videos. Outstanding customer service.

We regret having Vally pools do this work. We tried to get the to fix it but no success. The concrete falls off all the time. There are cracks all around. Only 3 years old. Starting cracks immediately. We called him back out but Ronnie the owner said he was pleased with this work. I’m sure he said that because he didn’t want to make it right. Took the money and ran. Buyer beware.

Nothing short of excellent service. Whenever I go into Valley pools, they are always helpful beyond necessary. Bob will try his best to assist, and give you knowledge to keep your pool and components running the best they can. He's even gone as far as said, "Take this one home, give it a try, this will tell your part is faulty or not." when referring to whether or not I have to replace my salt cell. That's going above and beyond!! Prices are great, convenient location for Madison residents. Installed my next-door neighbors liner, and he has said nothing but a great experience, will be using them when time to replace my liner.

We had our liner and sand filter replaced by Valley Pools and could not be happier with the process and results. It took a couple of weeks to get the liner in but once that arrived the installation was scheduled and completed quickly and professionally. The installers did a fantastic job. I think the pool looks better than it did when it was new! Thanks Bob and everyone who works at valley pool for a great job!!!!

Great experience! We wanted our pool made shallower. It was 10 feet deep in the deep end. They made it 4.5 feet in the deep end. Great communication. They quoted us the maximum price and then ended up using less dirt than was quoted so our final price ended up being less!! Appreciate there honesty! Jeff Gus and Danny all were great. After they brought in dirt they pressure washed our driveway. We love the way the new liner looks. 10/10 def recommend.
