We had a new pool installation this year. I have too many concerns to list them all, but I would simply say I don’t recommend them. From unprofessional subcontractors leaving trash around my yard to inferior building components. It all seemed like a constant dropping of the ball that I kept needing to kick back into the court to be dealt with. They dealt with concerns… it just shouldn’t be me who makes their work better. I feel like we paid a lot for inferior workmanship and low quality product. I give three stars only because the sales guy acted like a foreman (which he should not have to do) and worked to help fix several issues. Though, I shouldn’t have had to ask him to be that guy and the company shouldn’t have expected him to be that guy. Ultimately they need better quality assur

Valley pools is great. John cihunka is amazing. Very responsive.. however, the people at front counter in store are borderline worthless... Costing them lots of money!

Zero help, wouldn't recommend. To reply to theirs below: I have all the equipment and their people showed up without letting me know when they were coming so I was not able to show them. Very little help, they looked at the pool and left without connecting with us. Customer service is poor along with the willing to help. Driving by looking at a pool then deciding to leave without contacting the home owner is not willingness to help. Their reply shows they didn't talk to me. Won't recommend.

We bought a house with a pool this year. However, when the cover was removed it was a total cesspool. Valley Pools & Spas brought our pool back to life and we were able to enjoy it before the summer ended. They talked with me and my husband about options that would be cost effective and taught us how to maintain the pool efficiently. The work was done in one day. The crew was on time and the customer service was top notch. Many thanks Valley Pools & Spas.
