Valley Relocation & Storage

I recently used Valley Relocation & Storage for my move from California to Texas. Right from my contact with Tim, to Gaylynn who was the move coordinator to Denny and his time (Packing) and Charlie's team (Delivery), everything was seamless and within record time. The teams that handled the packing and delivery were so cheerful , helpful and professional. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would do it because I was a bit skeptical, but these guys were absolutely awesome. I recommend Valley Relocation & Storage 110%. All our stuffs came without a single damage because they were well packaged and stored.

The items got delivered quickly and smoothly but I had 2 issues: 1. Payment. They want you to put your credit card information on a Docusign which is in violation of PCI data security practices. Gaylynn’s solution was for me to call and give her my info so she could keep at her desk until delivery (also not secure). For bank transfer, She couldn’t confirm the bank transfer account’s address so I had to get a cashier’s check. 2. They never gave me 24 hours notice for delivery. I got a call from the delivery driver (who was fantastic) asking to come over in 30 minutes, so we weren’t prepared. I will not use Valley Relocation in the future.

We have been using Valley Relocation for 5 years plus: whether is storing goods or move management, we highly recommend using their services. They are professional, timely, and wonderful to work with.

I use Valley Relocaiton & Storage for all my move out needs. I am had a very time sensitive job last week and they helped me get all packed up, moved out and put in to storage. They are efficient, on time, experienced and most of all listen to your needs.

I highly recommend Valley Relocation! I used the company to move our law firm to a new location. Everyone I worked with at Valley Relocation is very professional, they made the move seamless. The company is full service; I didn’t need to hire any additional contractors. Besides the moving aspect they got rid of old furniture, e-waste and patched and painted walls.
