We always have a good experience with Valley. We have gotten 2 pool liners done by them, as well as a new pool safety cover, and they just delivered our new hot tub. They also handle all of our pool services. We are happy with their work and they stand by their products. Prices are comparable to the average local costs. Anthony and Robby are always available and very helpful with questions or issues. Joe is great with all the installs as well. Good team.

Valley Spa & Pools is truly a family owned place- you feel and become part of their family. We were bouncing around purchasing a hot tub. Looked at several and went to several other places too, but always came back to Valley. We worked with Connor, he was patient and explained everything. We finally purchased a Hot Springs Tub. We had a large Memorial Day party and wanted to use the tub the following week. They made it happen. They installed several days before. The installation team was awesome, explained everything and walked us through everything. Conner also showed up to make sure we were satisfied and installation was Perfect. We highly recommend them if your are looking for a hot tub, pool, supplies or even water testing. Purchasing a new pool from them this spring. Love the place!

From the second we walked in the door, everyone was so helpful. Robby is a great guy who goes above and beyond to help you, and to answer all questions you have. The guys who came to bring it along with Robby are very talented at what they do. They really know what they are doing and how to take care of customers. Anyone looking for a spa or pool should really check them out because besides getting a great product you’re getting great service. I highly recommend them for all your spa and pool needs.

OBSESSED WITH MY HOTTUB i go in it everyday!!! Perfect i love the jets colors brand super easy to add chemicals and maintain I am literally about to go in now!! The customer service with Conner and everyone at valley spas was outstanding i am so happy best purchase i ever made! Everyone needs one life gets crazy so this is the BEST relaxation ever so many benefits of hottubs for the body I will use it all year! The colors are beautiful too it has every color you can thing of and more i love the waterfall so asmr and chill vibes! My favorite other part too is the cover how it is setup on the sides so it can quickly go on and off and even gives me privacy from my neighbors too so its perfect and even has latches to lock if needed! Had an in deck hot tube replaced with a above deck hot tub. Extensive work with a lot of coordination. Connor helped sheppard the process including being on site the day it was delivered. They help make a complicated process smooth and efficient. Great customer service and very knowledgeable team of experts.
