Value Carpet One Floor & Home

We’ve had several great interactions with this Value Carpet One. The selections are comparable if not better than other local flooring locations; but ultimately the service takes the experience to the next level. This is a location I’d recommend to anyone interested in any new flooring.

Today Sam Raois put down my lvp. Ive been working on a new kitchen for months. Ive had lots of workers. Sam was the best one I've had so far. He was on. time, fast, explained what he was doing an left thing the way he found them. Christina Linton was the best salesgirl also. Thanks for a pleasant experience!

I've been trying to finish this project for over a year. I've checked out every flooring dealer in the Salisbury area. After being absent for many months, I returned to CV1 and Kurt listened and applied his expertise from years of experience. He offered excellent advice for my needs. Terrible customer service. Stopped by to see about replacing floor with LVP in my kitchen and looked at and picked out various samples. Scheduled appointment (July 8th at 10 AM) for rep to come measure and bring the samples so I could decide what color I would go with. He showed up, measured, did not bring any samples with him and to this date 8/8/24, 5 weeks and several days later, NO ONE from Value Carpet One has called or emailed me, (as the unfriendly man that measured advised me the day he came by for the measurements would happen). I have taken my business else where and don't know how anyone can run a business like this. I tried to give it to a local location and this is what I got. We had a gorgeous vinyl plank flooring installed in our home in Chincoteague. Can’t believe how great it looks, how durable it is, and how easy it is to clean. Kurt was a great sales person and the installers were quick, left our place clean, and were very friendly.
