Value Garage Doors (who has replaced A-1) provided us with a prompt, friendly, efficient and thorough inspection. We love these doors! They made sure we fully understood how to secure and operate all the remotes, cameras & apps before they left. We feel very secure. We couldn't be happier with Value Garage Door service. Reasonably priced.

Jeff Wedmore arrived on time and completed the repairs needed. He pointed out additional maintenance items needed and potential failures. In particular, the internal spring system that was originally installed was beginning to fail. We had Jeff replace them with the conventional, more reliable torsion spring system. Overall, we're very satisfied with the service.

Excellent experience all around. They gave me an 8-11 window on a Sunday and let me know that they were coming at 7:50 and Jeff showed up right at 8. He was super thorough and professional and explained the quotes and had my door running smoother than it ever has. Would recommend.

Fast, friendly service. From the first call through the consultation and the installation, everyone was fantastic to work with.
