I purchased a home in August 2024. It’s a mid-century home built in 1950 located in El Cerrito (college area) San Diego. The bathroom hadn’t ever been remodeled, the kitchen needed updating, the entire house needed to be painted, the fireplace needed updating and there were various other projects that I wanted to complete before moving in.
