I recently needed to get inspection done for a potential home and used Patrick's services. Pat did a great job; he was extremely thorough and walked me through the entire process! He explained everything he was doing in detail, while offering insight and suggestions. He included all this information in the final report I received which was a helpful guide laying out things that needed to be repaired right away or things that were in good condition. I would definitely recommend using his services!

Patrick recently inspected my potential home, as we prepared to go into contract. The property is a fixer-upper in need of a lot of TLC, but Pat did a great job of pointing out issues that needed to be repaired immediately, those that might become and issue while assessing the bones of the home - through this, he was able to reassure us the bones were great. My father, with 40 years of homeowners repair and insurance expertise also attended the inspection and he was very impressed with Pat‘s knowledge and thoroughness. Patrick, Valued Home Inspectors, was extremely thorough during the inspection. He covered every item and area from the exterior to the basement and every level of the property. He explained throughout the process in easy-to-understand terms and was very patient -- "We had a lot of questions"... He also let us know how to properly maintain the property now and going forward, and discussed in detail some deferred items on the house that need attention or replacement soon. Last but far from least, he emailed us the same day the Termite/WDO Report and the full building report that had a very detailed summary at the end with a lot of pictures.
