I received a call from this company today once again trying to schedule an appointment on a Thursday. I have had several conversation with there manager that I was only available on Friday.He assured me that it was in there computer and it would not happen again. They sent me a message saying they would be here this Fiday and I called and asked if they could come at 8:45 because I had a doctor appointment she said yes . Then called back and said no we can't. The manager just called me and told me because I wasn't available I should find another company. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy ! Terrible customer service.

The associate was on time, friendly and efficient. The product used isn't very effective against the palmetto bugs. I'm not sure what the next step would be to irradiate these pesky and embarrassing creatures. Again, your associate is doing his job.... the product isn't working.

Great communication as to when my next appointment is. I appreciate them keeping track for me and it has been seamless. I don’t need to be home when they come, but when I am, the tech is always courteous and professional and asks if I’m having any worries inside or out of my home. They used to leave a pamphlet on my door letting me know they were there if I wasn’t home but they don’t anymore, so my only suggestion would be for them to resume doing so. My home is ant, bug and rodent free so I can truly say their services are effective. I have a lot of trees and land surrounding my house so infestations of multiple life forms could be a problem but it hasn’t been. I’ve been a customer for just over 2 years. Highly recommended.

Honestly, I don’t know what services were performed since the service tech, Erwin, checked off all the boxes listed on the report. And I know he didn’t complete them because I don’t have those physical items on my property. When I asked him why he checked off boxes for services he didn’t complete- his response was ”if it bothers you so much I’ll change the report” So now I get attitude, with poor service. I’m looking for another pest control company. This company is on the pricey side for annual service. I don’t need to be disrespectful on top of not getting the service I paid for.

I have been a customer for a few years now and I have always been satisfied with Value Pests overall service. Their service agents always listen to my concerns and answers any questions I may have. I appreciate everything they have done to make my home insect free throughout the years. I 100% recommend their service.
