I will first start out with WOW!!!! From the initial conversation with Mr. Van Dalen to the completion of the project, I could not be any more satisfied. This amazing company was referred to me by a family member and of course, like most people I read the reviews and thought that I was going to give them a call just to get a feel about the company and how business is done. I am very proud to say that my OCD and sometimes unreasonable high standards was not even close to the work that was performed, and the price made me feel like I was doing something wrong and should be punished. It is a rarity to find this level of hospitality and genuine politeness in folk today; but Van Dalen industries was an extraordinary delivery. As a truck driver I deliver to businesses day after day... usually nothing to write about, just "getting the job done"; yet you come across a family run operation like Van Dalen that far exceeds your expectations. These guys were exceptional, working hard to unload and to lend a helping hand to me as well. If ever my company delivers to this business again, I hope I am up next in the rotation! Nick is one of the friendliest and most professional vendors I have worked with. We needed to bring in barricades last minute for a conference with very specific load in/set up/load out requirements and Nick was able to accommodate with such a quick turnaround time. We are having construction at our home and didn't plan in time to have a temporary fence installed for our dogs. We contacted Van Dalen on on Tuesday afternoon and explained our predicament. We have 3 beagle puppies that we need to keep separate from the construction area. That afternoon we got the quote via email and the fence was installed on Wednesday. We can't thank them enough for the quick turn around, follow up and professionalism. With most companies customer service is missing, not with Van Dalen. This company is highly recommended!!!
