Tony was extremely knowledgable and thoughtful with suggesting options for wall to wall carpeting, then terrific with following up and arranging delivery and install. The installers were consistently late in arriving to the job site (for reasons out of their control) for the three day install, causing some delay in completing the project. Despite the delays, Dennis and Edson made up for it by doing an excellent job of installing the carpeting. Very happy with the end product.

Highly unreliable and dishonest vendor. I have had several experiences with them and this last one will be the last. I waited 7 months for a custom order rug that they showed me. It arrived and the color way is very different. Not a slight variation, a very big difference. Also, in the actual construction of the rug. It is a rug they presented to me and I loved. I ordered the same thing just in a smaller size. When presented with the photos of the original rug that they brought to me and shown the differences they are refusing to do the right thing. This is after about $25,000 of previous business. I can only say if you are a designer and want to produce a rug or are ordering something for a project do not trust them and put your reputation on the line. There need to be some standar

I’m an interior designer and have used Vanden Loom for years. Natalio is an amazing sales person and has gone above and beyond for even the smallest of my projects. Their rugs and carpeting are wonderful and at a reasonable price point for the quality of the product.

Tony was helpful with the process, it took about 6 months but it was well worth it I love my silk rug it was exactly what I expected! Draw your rug and give it to tony he will exceede your expectations!

Ask for tony he will literally help you create a rug from literally an idea! Handwoven silk, wool, abstract designs, anything this is literally the only place in ny you can get service like this ! My apartment looks perfect !!!!!! Best in nyc
