Van Dort Heating Inc

We had Universal Mechanical do Van Dorths (a business UM took over) repairs on hot water heaters installed by Van Dorth. The repair lasted 2 months, costs were over $300. We've called numerous times to get them out to check their work errors, and had no return calls. One heater is completely destroyed. We were told we were lucky we didn't have a fire. I'd NEVER recommend this company!

My unit stopped working so I called Universal Mechanical, since they installed my system, and was told they were two weeks out before they could even come and see the unit. I was told by the secretary that if I couldn't wait I could call someone else. If this is the type of service that I thought I would receive I would have used a different company that is more customer service oriented.
