Grandpa driving the company truck forgot he has to merge into highways. Got angry I didn’t let him in and Was trying to run me off the road with my toddler in the car. I’d think twice about hiring this guy as he has anger problems.

Our family have been customers of Van Varick since 1997 - using their services for two homes. Their service has been consistently outstanding. They are incredibly responsive, always showing up when they say they will. Their technicians are courteous and knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly and answering all questions. Plus, they're remarkably clean, leaving my property as tidy as they found it. After 26 years, we can confidently say they're the best in the business!

Just wanted to leave a nice review for Van Varick because we had to use them twice recently for repairs when our heat stopped working. Both times they got to our house pretty quickly and were able to fix both issues rather quickly. The tech who came out was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them!

We have been customers for 12 years. They removed an in-ground oil tank and placed new one in basement; they replaced our a/c last year. We have had an annual service agreement with them all along. They are very quick to respond; they are timely; the technicians are knowledgeable and polite. They are honest when something can be fixed or if it needs to be replaced. We are on balance bill/auto delivery with oil - and these past few bitterly cold winters, I've never worried that we wouldn't have enough oil in the tank. We will continue to recommend them highly and appreciate their commitment to their customer base.

I've been using Van Varick for several years for one of my rental properties. At first they were great, but not with fluctuating fuel costs, they have been begun to show their true colors. They will deliver fuel to me in the middle of summer to ensure they can charge me a higher per gallon rate when they see a trend that fuel is going down in price. They just delivered there for $4.99 about two weeks ago when everyone else was $4.19. Absolutely insane. I'm never using them again, and I'm reporting them to the state. These people are criminals.
