Worst customer service. Our doors were taken to a wrong house. Promised they would be delivered after the install was completed. The worker never showed up with no call. The next day I spoke to Sheri and again excuses. Promises again. Again excuse that the doors were actually elsewhere. Sheri stated she was going to pick them up at a job site on Thursday and promised to drop them off Saturday. It is now 520 pm and no doors with no phone call. When i asked on Tuesday to speak to the owner she reported owners were on vacation. We have been trying to get our doors since Monday. The door were paid for the day the doors were ordered. Not happy with lies we are being told. Owner please call. Sheri can give you our name and phone number.

I rarely write reviews but I feel like I have to. Vance and Sons “lost” the sketches for kitchen renovation. They blamed it on a prior employee. Decided to give them another chance then they did not show for appointment. No apology, no attempt to make it right. Just “I don’t have you down” and hung up on me. I am appalled. Update: owner called to apologize and then left the nasty comment… I have no reason to lie about being hung up on. And why schedule an appointment with me if you are not taking on more jobs? Please do not insinuate you know the type of customer I am. It is definitely your loss. I have used you all before which is why I wanted you to complete this job for my mom. I was a great customer. Look it up. 🤯

Mike redid a kitchen for us in Rock Creek it was drawn up by an architect … Mike came in to figure cabinet styles and structure and changed the concept making it better. In 2005 we built another house in Rock Creek And did beautiful cherry cabinets throughout the entire house. They are the best you will find if there is something you want built to your design and specs. These are still beautiful years later🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Wow, SO rude. I called and very quickly (and nicely) explained what we needed and asked if they could do the work. She literally said “we can do the work but we’re not doing small projects like that” and hung up.

The absolute best place to get cabinets. Owner is extremely friendly and the staff goes out of their way to make your new addition to your home the way you want it.
