Last summer we had a Rhododendron trimmed down/reshaped in our front yard and it was an absolutely excellent job -- shaped to perfection. This spring the new growth is really looking beautiful as they mentioned it would. We have relied on Vance's in the past; it's nice to see a business that is consistently great, reasonable & reliable. We consistently recommend them to anyone when work comes up. My last review was made in error. The secretary made a mistake but the owner reached out to me and went out of their way to make sure I got my order and they even made an extra effort to deliver it where I wanted. Nearly getting themselves stuck in the process. Excellent business owner.

Buyer Beware! I ordered gravel and sand from this company. They delivered the gravel on a day I wasn’t home so it was dropped in the wrong area. Not good communication but not the worst thing. He said he would come back to deliver the sand as he could only deliver one at once. He never came back. After numerous calls I am just told that someone will get back to me. So this company fraudulently stole nearly 200 from me.

How can you sell anything if you can never answer the phone
