VanDeck was a pleasure to work with. Andrey was very responsive, and worked with us going over all our options as we were looking to redo our roof patio. They quickly provided all the documentation we needed to get approval from our coop board. The builders were all professional, on-time every day, and friendly. The project went extremely smoothly and we are so happy with our new deck. It snowed the day the project wrapped up (see photo) but once the weather warms up, we can’t wait to put our new deck to good use. Highly recommend.

Vandeck did an amazing job with our yard. We struggled with this yard bc of a 100 year old tree stump and the insane amount of roots that come with it. We didn’t even know if someone would be able to build on all those roots, but andriy gave us an estimate within a day or two. I was so relieved when he came to check it out and said they could work with the roots (other contractors said they couldn’t, or charged a crazy price. they had the frame up super fast, even with that complication. The trex (composite wood) they use is absolutely beautiful. The pictures really dont do the lighting justice, so if you’re undecided about getting lighting, definitely go for it. Incredible services from Vandeck Builders. Andrey was very patient and communicative with us during the quote process and decision making period. Gabriel and Andrey did an incredible job disassembling our existing deck on our rooftop and putting in the new system and pavers all while having to work on really hot days and with not a lot of space...We couldn't move the furniture for the project so they had to work around it, completing demo and rebuild in 5 days! They were efficient and thoughtful workers and would hire them again in a heartbeat. This is the company you want for any decking.

Andrey and his team did great job on my deck. They are professional and kept I. Track with the timeline even with snow and rain. I will use them again in the future.
