In 2019, we purchased and renovated a 110 year old Eastown house. Probably the most important parts of the renovation were whole interior and exterior paintings. We met with several companies to get bids and selected VanDerKolk and Kooi. While bid amounts were comparable, we felt that Blake, the project manager, understood what we were trying to accomplish with the house. He connected us with a plaster/ drywall professional (who was great) who squeezed us in to get the project started by resurfacing all the walls. And he made sure the painting projects kept on track. Randy & Aurelio were here for three days repainting rooms and touching up other areas. Very quality work! I contacted VanDerKolk Painting at random when I was looking for some help removing old paint from and then repainting my basement walls.
