Vargas Paver Sealing

Vargas was great. Our Lanai deck and driveway look 10 years younger. The seals are great. It looks better. The quote ended up being the final price. It was arranged six weeks ahead of time everyone showed up on time worked hard cleaned up well. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Update one week after roof cleaning: The roof is clean. Don’t get me wrong. However the bleach they used to clean it got on many of my plants underneath my covered lanai, as well as plants that I had moved ten or more feet away from my home. They are now dying. There is also a large patch of grass that is bleached and dead. Other landscaped plants are yellowing and dropping their leaves. All of my patio furniture was also wet after completion of the job, it is underneath my covered lanai. I do not plan to use this company in the future. He let me know that he agreed about the lack of communication and that their company has been very busy recently. He was able to accommodate me quickly and the

Fernando, Kiana, and Melinda have ALL been responsive and attentive to our needs. Our roof tiles look amazing from the roof softwash. Our driveway pavers and entrance walkway ALL appear brand new. Not an easy job to remove layers of old sealant, power wash, sand-fill, and sealcoat. Patience and diligence required. Two, two-person teams were on-site for three days. Commendable job and definitely recommend Vargas Paver Sealing.

Vargas did our patio, walkway, and front entry. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results. They are reasonably priced and their workmanship was outstanding. Fernando and Kiana are caring and go out of their way to make sure expectations are met. They were available to answer questions whenever I called. Top quality job from in person estimate to finished job.They cleaned and sealed my backyard pavers areas. The pavers are 8 years old and now look like new! A few years ago I paid a Different big paver sealing company to do the same job and their worker did not do a quality job. So I asked my neighbor and they had used Vargas so that’s how I got their name. Highest quality company! You might pay a little more but Vargas will delivery a quality job well worth the money!! We own and manage Clean-Rite flooring and upholstery cleaning for 30 years and know very well when we see a quality job well done by another company. Vargas is that company!
