They replaced our entire air conditioning, heating, and air filtration system, and the whole process was smooth, efficient, and clearly handled by true experts. They took the time to explain everything, worked with precision, and delivered top-quality results. The system runs perfectly, and the difference in comfort and air quality is noticeable immediately. I will be using Varsity again because their services were complete, thorough, and honest. I had them come out for a second opinion on potential repairs or replacement of our system. Communication was prompt, clear, and concise…I knew exactly when the tech was coming by both text and phone call. Upon arrival our tech (Marshall) effectively listened to my concerns and immediately started to inspect our heating system. He not only inspected the areas of my concern but the entire system. He showed me clear pictures and videos of my system, which proved the other company has been dishonest with me. I truly appreciate Marshall’s honesty and transparency and will use Varsity again when it’s time for my next system maintenance.

Marshall and Jr replaced my gas furnace. I was impressed with their professionalism and integrity. They took the time to explain what needed to be done to where i understood . I am so impressed with this company! They were recommended by a friend and I can see why! They came out in record time, took care of my water heater issue (gas leak) and double checked my heat to make sure it was safe as well. Marshal, the technician was polite and friendly as well as extremely knowledgeable and professional!

We had Marshall and Hunter out at our rental property for installation of the Smart AC product that monitors performance with multiple sensors and alerts us for potential issues. They also discovered that the thermostat installed by our property manager was installed incorrectly that had the heat set to Emergency heat which utilizes only the heat strips in our heat pump. Our winter bills last year were super high and we had assumed it was due to guest cranking up the heat. They installed a new Honeywell thermostat that allows us to program and manage from our phone but also tracks indoor air quality. We are thrilled with the team at Varsity Zone HVAC of Mooresville and highly recommend.
