We hired Vasco to remove the existing waterproof sheathing on our deck and to repair the structure underneath the covering, then to install new covering. After we initially called for an estimate, they showed up promptly and provided a detailed written estimate. The price was competitive - not the highest, but not the lowest either. We decided on Vasco because of their responsiveness. The work was then scheduled to take place several months later. When that time came, they did not have the work on their schedule, but they recognized the miscommunication about the starting date (their computer systems had changed) and got us on the schedule. We just had Adam's crew consisting of Matt and Adriano complete a porch encloser. These two gentlemen did an excellent job. They are very professional and kept us informed as to what needed to be done. We are highly satisfied and recommend highly.

We just had Adam and his crew replace our rear step and decks for a 3 story building in OC. We were very pleased with their work. Very clear communication, and received daily pictures (which was a huge plus, considering all the owners of the building live out of state).
