Always has I stock the products I need when I need them. It's not a big box store with dozens of employees waiting on something to do, so yes it make take a few minutes to get a live person. But I drive nearly an hour, and every time they make it worth the drive.

I would love to give 0 stars if it was possible!! WHAT A JOKE! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. Came to pick up lids for a septic tank and was “greeted” by a man with a cigarette hanging from his mouth asking why I was there. He then proceeded to load the lids into my car with complete disregard to the fact that he was scratching the interior or the hatch of my car. Don’t expect much from this company, I will never recommend them or support them.

Terrible Customer service by the owner , Installed a Septic Tank and it started leaking , brought it to the owners attention and received a call back from the owner stating that they do not warranty tanks if they are in high ground water areas , He would not stand behind his product , we will not be using them in the future

Unloaded a trailer of concrete here. Very professional and helpful.

They have great products, and are great to work with.
